Who am I?

So, my darling daughter wanted me to dress up as a wizard this year when I took her out trick-or-treating. Everything was all set, UNTIL I came across this idea for a costume. I couldn't resist. Unfortunately, darling daughter has NO IDEA who this infamous person is... but I'm certain she would love it if mommy had 8 more babies (+ 6 other kids!) Here's a sneak peek.
